SUGGESTED USE;      

Massage a few drops of the oil on to your face and neck area. Use sparingly. Ensure the skin and your hands are clean before use. 
For the best results, use on an evening and leave on for 2hours to overnight. 
Do not apply make-up or any other skin care over this product. If using over night, sleep on a clean or satin pillowcase.

You will visibly be able to see the increased blood flow, your skin may tingle, this is completely normal and means the oil is working. 

When you begin using the oil, you may find that small spots and pimples appear on your skin, again this is completely normal as the oil is drawing out any impurities from your skin. Be patient and consistent with it.
