Placenta Encapsulation

This is something pretty damn special, and something that I am absolutely honored to be able to provide. 
Just over 2 years ago, whilst having lunch with my gorgeous friend, who was at the time expecting her first child, she mentioned that she wanted her placenta encapsulating. I absolutely loved this idea, and as the conversation progressed, my friend asked "don't you fancy having a go at doing it for me?" 
WOW!

 

I immediately got to work researching how on earth do you encapsulate a placenta, found out that it's super easy, and many people actually do it themselves at home.  
After spending hours researching, I told my lovely friend that I'd be more than happy to give it a go. How incredible that she entrusted me with something so special?

The birth of beautiful baby Ellie soon arrived, and when I say I raced to the hospital to collect the placenta, I got a bloody speeding ticket!!! And the rest is history, 24 hours later, the placenta was back in my wonderful friends hands, and I had been gifted one of the most incredible experiences I have ever had.

Fast forward 2.5 years, I've been absolutely blessed to be trusted with many more placenta encapsulations, including a placenta from twins! The feeling never gets old, to give be able to give this beautiful gift of health back to a mother & their new baby is something I don't think I will ever tire of.
