How to take - drop the tincture under your tongue, hold for 10 seconds and swallow.
For maintenance tale 6 drops daily.
For acute conditions increase to 6-12 drops, three times daily. Can also be added to hot drinks.

SUGGESTED DOSE;      
If you’re just starting out with herbs, and particularly tinctures, start off with the 6-12 drops for a few days, then increase.

Adults: 1 - 3 full droppers, once or twice a day.

Children: 1/2 - 1 dropper depending on age. Mix in juice or water.

If unwell, dose can be increased up to 2hourly until symptoms subside.

It is important to remember to take an intuitive approach when taking herbs, listen to how your body responds and adjust the dose accordingly.
