I'm Laura, a Qualified Master Herbalist and Registered Nurse.
My passion is health, and helping people become the healthiest version of themselves, not necessarily the most orthodox way, but by using nature as medicine; something that has been done for thousands of years!
I aim to educate, speak my truth and question EVERYTHING with some quite bold and controversial topics that will really make you think and question everything we have ever been "taught" about our health throughout our lives.
I'll be updating the blog regularly with topics on many different health issues from an herbalists perspective, naming success stories I've had with my amazing clients, issues regarding what's going on in the world right now in regards to health, and information on exciting new products as I continue to learn and grow through this wonderful herbal journey.
